Lottery Calendar
Looking for a fun way to have a chance to win cash every day of the year?  Participate in our Lottery Calendar! Here's how it works:

1. Please print and fill out this form to pay by check & mail to the office.  Select a 3-digit number (In the case of duplicate requests for the same number, your second or third choice will be selected).

2. If that number (played straight) matches the 3-digit number drawn at 7pm by the PA Daily Lottery, you're a WINNER!

3. The minimum prize awarded will be $50. If your winning number lands on the 18th of the month, the cash award will double to $100.

Cost for each 3-digit number is $36. Valid winning numbers start from the 1st of January until the end of the calendar year, but eligibility to win will begin on your purchase date during the lottery's calendar year.
